Wojciech Leszczyński

Graduated at Film and Television Production Organization, National Film School in Łódź and IT, Łodź University of Technology. Professional experience includes working as a production manager of features and documentaries, and later as a producer, mainly of animated films. Co-founder and board member of the Polish Animation Producers Association, and board member of Polish Audiovisual Producers Chamber of Commerce. Co-owner and producer in WJTeam and Likaon Ltd. Animated films clearly dominates the company’s profile.

Anna Mroczek

Born in 1984. Since 2009 associated with the SE-MA-FOR animation studio in Lodz, where she gained experience as a producer's assistant, production assistant, production manager and then producer. For 10 years, together with two friends, she has been gradually developing two production companies: WJTeam and Likaon. She focuses her activities on the production of animated films, operating both within proprietary and commercial cinema. Anna is an active participant in festivals, international fairs and pitchings. She is one of the founders of the Polish Animation Producers Association, of which she remains a member to this day, and also serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Association. Since 2022 she’s been a board member of Polish Animation Producers Association and since 2018 she has been the chairman of the Lodz branch. Many-time Polish Film Institute expert, CEE Animation Forum selector, animation lecturer at the Technical University of Lodz.

Justyna Rucińska

A graduate of film studies and English studies at the University of Lodz. Since 2016 she has been teaching animated film at the Technical University of Lodz. She’s a producer and production manager. Member of Polish Filmmakers Association, Polish Animation Producers Association, Polish Producer Alliance, Association Internationale du Film d'Animation. Co-founder and producer at WJTeam and Likaon.

Wiktor Pietrowski

The man for special tasks. He combines technical skills with production style. Irreplaceable both during development works and production stage, responsible for infrastructure, equipment and DIT. He nimbly jumps between cells in spreadsheets and paragraphs of incomprehensible regulations. Master of insurance, health and safety protection and adaptation of any space.

Przemysław Pilaczyk

One man band, student of the Lodz Film School in the field of Film and Tv Production, composer and producer of film music. His best friend at work is called Excel. He can find a technological and IT solution for unsolvable problems. He’s fluent in English, goes smoothly through databases, network drives and clouds. He thoroughly analyzes laws and legal norms.

Artists

Iza Ambroziak

She graduated from the Faculty of Graphics and Painting at the Academy of Arts in Lodz. She's a specialist in creating scenography, sculpture, painting, various artistic activities, as well as the conservation of monuments. She began her adventure with scenography for puppet films at Breakthru Film, then collaborating with the SE-MA-FOR studio in Lodz. She co-created the set design for such productions as "Parauszek i przyjaciele", "The Flying Machine" or "Bridge".

Krzysztof Wierzbowski

He graduated from the Academy of Arts in Lodz at the Faculty of Workshop Graphics. Painter, graphic artist, set designer. Over the years he collaborated with Feature Film Company in Lodz. He’s known for the set design for such films as "Your own bullshit", "Cosmos", "Locus", as well as decorations for the animated series "Parauszek i przyjaciele".

Authors

Agata Gorządek

A graduate of the Lodz Film School at the Faculty of Animation. Director and animator. Animated film lecturer at the Lodz Film School. She gained her experience as a second director, artistic director, set designer and animator (including the award-winning production "Kill it and leave this town"). He has collaborated with SE-MA-FOR, Breakthru Films, Animoon, Animapol, Trefl as well as WJTeam and Likaon studios. As a director of an animated film, she made her debut in 2011 with the film "Nurek".

Izumi Yoshida

A graduate of the Lodz Film School in the field of Television Film Image Production and Photography with a specialization in Animated Film and Special Effects. Currently, she is also working on her doctorate there and lectures on the basics of animated film at the Academy of Arts in Lodz. In 2002 she started working as a translator, making her debut with the translation of the manga "Love Hina" at the WANEKO publishing house. In 2019, she was an expert of the Polish Film Institute in the field of animation. Youtuber, co-hosts the channel devoted to animatronics and 3D printing "MI STUDIO" and the channel "YOSHIDA ORIGAMI" with films devoted to the Japanese art of paper folding. In 2015, she made her debut as a director of an animated film, the award-winning film "Kinks". s

Piotr Chmielewski

A graduate of African studies at the University of Warsaw and economics at the University of Lodz, where he is currently doing his PhD. He has carried out several scienti-fic and cultural projects in the countries of the Global South. His research interests revolve around the correlation between income and life satisfaction. In 2012 he conducted stop-motion animation workshops for children and teenagers in Nairobi and later also in the suburbs of Bogota, Colombia. For many years he has been cooperating with the African film festival - Afrykamera. Since 2012 he has been working as an independent creator of stop-motion animations for non-governmental organizations in Poland and Europe. In 2018 he was a scholarship holder of the Animation Sans Frontiers program.

Soya Nabok

A graduate of the Lodz Film School in the field of Television Film Image Production and Photography with a specialization in Animated Film and Special Effects.Lecturer at the Warsaw School of Advertising. Animator of the movie "Your own bullshit". In 2020, she made her debut as a director with the short animated film "The flood" under the artistic supervision of Mariusz Wilczyński and Joanna Jasińska-Koronkiewicz.
