The Creatures

It’s a grotesque love story. Cartoonish characters Harold and Matylda face social ostracism which leads to them undertaking attempts of manipulating their obscene appearance. This raw cutout animation inspired by Roald Dahl, Lotte Reiniger and Edward Gorey introduces the viewer to an unexpected and eclectic dark world of imagination and asks the final question: Who are the creatures?
